Million Dollar Women:
The Essential Guide for Female Entrepreneurs Who Want to Go Big
Fewer than 3% of women entrepreneurs have scaled to $1M in revenues and fewer than 1% women of color. “Talent is distributed evenly, by opportunity is not.” Learn how Julia Pimsleur became one of the few women to built and sell a multimillion dollar business. Find out how she took her first business, Little Pim, from a $30,000 investment into a multimillion dollar business and how seven other women featured in the book did the same.
Go Big Now:
8 Essential Mindset Practices to Overcome Any Obstacle and Reach Your Goals
In her work as a business coach and public speaker, Julia Pimsleur has worked with thousands of high achievers. She polled them to discover their greatest challenges — getting the right skill set, having the right network, or mastering their mindset. The overwhelming response was that mindset was the greatest challenge, which inspired her second book, Go Big Now.
Million Dollar Women Fund
Women of color entrepreneurs (WOC) make $25-$50k in annual revenues on average (for Caucasian women the average is $100k) and fewer than 1% of WOC reach $1M in annual revenue.
The Million Dollar Women Fund (MDW Fund) is working to change these stats, accelerate gender and racial economic parity and #closethegap.
Since 2017 we have helped 120+ women of color entrepreneurs gain access to business training, powerful networks, mentors and the capital they need to scale up their businesses. Participants are chosen through partner organizations and year-round applications.
