Women of color entrepreneurs make $25-$50k in annual revenues on average (for Caucasian women the average is $100-140k) and fewer than 1% of WOC reach $1M in annual revenue.
The Million Dollar Women Fund was founded by business coach Julia Pimsleur in order to help change these stats, accelerate gender and racial economic parity and #closethegap.
Since 2017 we have helped 120+ ambitious women of color entrepreneurs gain access to business training, powerful networks, mentors and the capital they need to scale up their businesses. Program participants take part in a 12-week online business course program that includes access to business and financial mentors and access to alternative capital. All donations to our scholarship program are tax-deductible via our 501c3.
